Company's top management pledges to create the prerequisites in the area of financial, material and personal resources necessary for implementation of the IMS policy and reaching its goals. In the company management process, top management will take care that all employees of the company be aware of the fact that their compliance with the IMS policy, i.e., the quality policy, environmental policy and the policy of work safety and health protection, and with the related objectives has a vital impact on company's competitiveness and prosperity.
To achieve these goals, company's top management will:
- review the IMS policy and adopt measures for permanent improvement
- stipulate IMS objectives and programs and ensure the resources necessary for their fulfilment
- assess the degree of fulfilment of IMS objectives and programs, analyze the achieved parameters and adopt measures for improvement
- carry out continuous monitoring and measuring of processes and adopt corrective measures if flaws are observed
- review the IMS state and efficiency by means of internal audits and ensure compliance with proposed recommendations
- assure customers´ satisfaction
- ensure qualification growth for all categories of employees
The proof of quality of work and provided services as well as of company's reliability is the implemented and regularly revised integrated system of management according to the standards ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 , EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 a ČSN ISO 45001:2018
