Reinforcing of towers

Due to the massive development of data services provided by mobile operators in the Czech Republic and the transition to the EU standard system (Eurocodes), we have developed a system for increasing the structural capacity of existing Leonhard Moll reinforced concrete towers and lattice towers of all types.

The reinforcement is designed in several variants:

• Three-sided lattice enclosure
• Four-side lattice enclosure
• Concrete enclosure

Reinforcing of lattice towers is designed in several variants:

• Doubling of the angle pieces and interconnecting with the original structure
• Replacement of tower components

Reinforcing of towers is mostly combined with modifications to the foundation structure:

• Concrete enclosing and interlinking with the existing foundation
• Additional anchoring of the existing foundation by means of micro pilots

After reinforcing, the towers enable increasing their original capacity for fitting by aerial systems by up to 100%.

On customer's demand, we are able to perform designing and realization of reinforcement of all types of towers - steel lattice towers, steel tubular towers, concrete tubular towers.
