Heavy towers

Advantages of reinforced concrete towers include mainly:

  • long service life of the structure
  • high carrying capacity
  • simple maintenance
  • variability of shapes and types according to customer's demand
  • aesthetic design

We provide the supply and assembly of towers at the territory of the Czech Republic. The reinforced concrete towers are used as backbone SDH points of mobile network operators lines or they serve for multiple purposes as view-towers and transmitting points. Individual realizations vary according to requirements of the customer or architectonic design or, as the case may be, according to requirements by state administration authorities.

Monolithic towers

These towers are produced as cylindrical tubes with a constant or varying thickness of the wall by means of continuous concreting into slip form or climbing form. These methods ensure a favourable design of the tower and variability of dimensions and carrying capacity.

Assembled towers

These towers are produced as cylindrical tubes with a constant or varying thickness of the wall by means of joining prefabricated concrete rings mutually interconnected by the system of steel pushrods. The basic module ranges of these towers have an outside diameter of 2700 and 2000 mm. Their wall thickness can vary. With respect to passability of the internal space of the tower, it is not recommended to have the inside diameter smaller than 1600 mm. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication and the minimum of wet processes, the construction of the tower is very fast and possible even under less favourable climatic conditions.

Heavy lattice towers

Upon request, we are ready anytime to prepare a technical and price proposal to your requested structure and to provide you with possible further details.
